At The Seating Store, we strive to provide high-quality seating products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been successfully delivered.

  • By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


2. Replacement Policy (Exceptions)

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Incorrect product has been delivered


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or incorrect product.

  • The video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts, clearly showing:

    • Sealed package

    • Opening process

    • Product condition

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.


4. Reporting an Issue

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must contact us only via email with required proof.


5. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible, customers must:

  • Provide unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

  • Provide order details and problem description via email


6. Resolution Process

  • Once verified, we will initiate a replacement only.

  • Refunds are not applicable, except where required under applicable law.


7. Non-Eligible Conditions

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • No valid unboxing video is provided

  • Product has been used or installed

  • Damage is due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor color/finish variations occur

  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


8. Additional Notes

  • Replacement will be processed for the same product only (subject to availability).

  • We reserve the right to provide an alternative solution if the product is unavailable.

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
