The video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts, clearly showing:

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Reporting an Issue

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must contact us only via email with required proof.
5. Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible, customers must:

Provide unboxing video (mandatory)

Share clear images/videos of the issue

Provide order details and problem description via email
6. Resolution Process

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement only.
